A Marriage & Family Therapist and Biblical Counselor based in Philadelphia.

Hi, I'm Jamie Rose, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Since 2011, I've had the privilege of counseling individuals, couples, children, and families. I'm honored to walk alongside my clients—holding their stories with care and helping to support meaningful change and growth.
What is a Marriage and Family Therapist?
Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) are trained to understand and treat mental, emotional, and relational challenges through a systemic lens—which means we pay attention to how relationships, environments, and life stages influence your well-being.
Despite the name, you don't need to be married or come in with family members to work with an MFT. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families—and sometimes all in different combinations over time. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, identity questions, parenting, or relationship concerns, therapy with an MFT is focused on helping you find clarity, healing, and change within the bigger picture of your life.
